The Institute of Development Studies, Research & Training (IDSRT) is dedicated to fostering sustainable development by equipping individuals and communities with essential knowledge and skills, especially who do not have formal social science degree or did not get opportunity to study, but working or willing to work in CSOs / NGOs. Our mission is to create a positive impact through targeted training programs in agriculture, horticulture and different themetic areas relevent to social development among the grassroot and mid-level social development workers.
IDSRT Training Programs
IDSRT offers training on different thematic areas, conducted by subject experts and coupled with field exposure at our farm, nursery amd mushroom laboratory. Aspirants may enroll in these programs either individually or successful completion, Certificates are awarded to the trainees.
