The following approaches we followed to achieve our mission.

Strengthening the community managed organizations
Identification of progressive farmers and capacitate issue based extension workers/animators
Strengthening the spirit of voluntary service among the youth and women
Adopt economically viable, eco-friendly, culturally appropriate technology
Linkage with Govt. Departments, Donors, Corporate houses, PRIs, NGOs, similar Network and Alliances

We will be engaged in other development activities e.g. Health & sanitation, Strengthening Panchayeti Raj Institution, Adolescents and Women Empowerment, induction of Appropriate technology and Disaster management.

In order to translate the vision and mission into practice, it is necessary that the TRCSC Team members sincerely and strictly adhere to the values enunciated by the organization. As far as organizational culture is concerned, TRCSC shall remain committed to foster a learning environment and culture at the organization level which will finally benefit to the organization as well as individual.

Organizational priority

TRCSC has given priority on few basic standard requirements for smooth growth of the organization as per the law of the land as well as the requirements of the Government departments and supporting agencies. All concerned Staff and Trustee members will keep in mind and action to fulfill all those requirements in time and continue vigilance so that all necessary requirements adhere to fulfill timely.

Compliance of legal requirements
Submission of required progress reports as per format of Government projects to concerned department
Sending as timely quality progress reports to National and International Donors with case studies, testimonies, activity photograph, event report etc.
Submission of financial reports to all concerned departments and agencies in time
Conducting annual audit at the end of the financial year
Preparation of Organization Annual Report at the end of the financial year
Preparation and submission of monthly report to the Secretary through Concerned departmental head
Preparation and submission of reports to the Departmental Head as per the format for reporting to Govt. departments and Donor agencies
