Technology Resource Communication & Service Centre (TRCSC) is a social development organization, founded in 2004 and registered under Indian Trust Act 1882. The organization has completed its glorious journey of two decades with a very impressive track record. Due to its continuous endeavour in the Kolhan region of Jharkhand for ensuring excellence in its service to the society in areas offood security and livelihood,agri-horticulture, child rights and protection, basic education, health and nutrition, adolescents and women empowerment, and local self-governance, it received accolades from different quarters, be it from government departments and institutions or from non-governmental agencies. But above all, TRCSC has earned confidence and blessings from numerous common people for whom it works.

IDRST
TRCSC has setup a Training Center at Ghoranagi, near NH-33 Chandil, Seraikela Kharsawa on various agri-horticulture related skill training for youth and entrepreneur for employability purpose.
Mushroom Production Training
Mushroom Spawn Production Laboratory cum Training Centre was set-up in the year of 2012 at Dimna, Jamshedpur. This centre is producing quality spawn of Oyster, Paddy straw, Milky and Button.
Subarnarekha Model Nursery
Subarnrekha Model Nursery is a unique initiative of TRCSC. It was established in the year of 2012 on a captive area of 5 hectors, with the support of National Horticulture Mission (NHM), Government of Jharkhand.
