Partners Policies

TRCSC has been working with grass root NGOs and CBOs to reach maximum number of beneficiaries in different location especially on food and nutrition issues. The grass root NGOs and CBOs has been independently as a partner organization of TRCSC for implementation of project like SRI/SWI and organic farming. Normally TRCSC need a partnership policy and agreement which both party will honor and obey.

Infrastructure Requirement

As TRCSC is now in a growth stage, number of projects comes in, new initiatives taken place, target areas/villages increased, number of training program to be conducted, number of in-campus agri-horticultre demonstration taken place, it needs minimum campus based infrastructure for its smooth functioning and accelerate the growth.


  • 3 Acres land for field office, Agri-horticulture demonstration and training center in Sairaikela- Kharswan district
  • 1 Ownership flat including guest house in Jamshedpur
  • 1 four-wheeler vehicle for long distance movement
  • Establishment of Agro-Service center

Future Focus

TRCSC further recall its future focus on various areas of rural development. This focus will lead the organization with specific activities to improve its quality, know the reality and document for dissemination and development services to its target beneficiaries.

Sustainability Plan

Each TRCSC project has its inbuilt sustainability plan as agreed with the target group and the donors. At the same time the sustainability of organization itself is also very much important as all the projects are time bound and there are gap period between renewal as well as phase out and starting of new projects. Over a period of time each organization need to keep few staff who are essential irrespective of continuation project or not? Similarly there are ongoing administrative expanses of the organization. To meet all those organization needs its own sustainability plan too. During the plan period the group members discussed on the issue and plan accordingly.

MIS refers broadly to a computer-based system that provides managers with the tools for organizing, evaluating and efficiently running their departments. In order to provide past, present and prediction information, an MIS can include software that helps in decision making, data resources such as databases, the hardware resources of a system, decision support systems, people management and project management applications, and any computerized processes that enable the department to run efficiently.

TRCSC will maintain a central level MIS at its head office itself as a whole as well as project wise by a professional expert to make the information consolidate and provides information which is needed to manage organizations efficiently and effectively.
